Danfoss, a global leader in engineering technologies, presents the latest innovative solutions for energy efficient water desalination at WETEX 2018.

With water challenges raising global cause for concern, desalination has become one of the most sustainable and cost-effective solutions for land-based, offshore and marine applications due to its high energy efficiency and reliability. In response to the increased demand of such technologies, Danfoss has pioneered groundbreaking desalination systems that further reduce energy consumption, providing up to 65% of energy savings.

“Energy and water are mutually dependent, and the increasing global demand for both has an enormous impact on the future – both from an economic growth and environmental sustainability perspective. At Danfoss, we invest heavily in research and development to pioneer and utilize new and existing technologies, applying these to the sectors we operate in. This allows us to provide the industry with the most technologically advanced and energy efficient solutions to ultimately tackle global challenges,” commented Ziad Al Bawaliz, Danfoss Regional President for Turkey, Middle East and Africa.

These systems feature industrial automation, high pressure pumps, aqua drives, pressure and fluid control devices as well as energy recovery devices. These technologies will be showcased at the Danfoss stand, located at the Dubai World Trade Centre from 23rd to 25th October, Stand #20, Danish Pavilion, Hall 8.
