Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower), the world’s largest district cooling services provider, held a series of meetings in Dubai, to discuss the steps of connecting to Empower’s district cooling services. This supports Empower’s continuous efforts to provide the best district cooling services, and achieve customers’ satisfaction and happiness. The meetings, which were held at the Westin Dubai Al Habtoor City, were attended by experts and specialists in the field of district cooling, in addition to some of the largest real estate agents in Dubai.
“At Empower, we work to achieve the vision of the UAE’s wise leadership, to make the UAE one of the best countries in the world. Our meetings with real estate agents are aimed at exchanging experiences, highlighting the best practices in district cooling, and the steps to connect to district cooling services in all our projects that we serve in dubai,” said Ahmad Bin Shafar, CEO of Empower.
The meeting discussed several topics, including, Registration procedures (Owner & Tenant), Registration charges (Owner & Tenant), Final Bill procedures for building owners & tenants, District cooling charges, Online calculator, E- Services, Payment options and the details of Empower customer service branches. Empower also held a Q&A session to answer customer queries.
“District cooling operations attract global interest, especially in areas where temperatures exceed 45°C in the summer, including the Gulf region. Hence, we decided to highlight the latest district cooling technologies and ways of development in these meetings. This supports the Sustainable Development Goals, and contributes to enhancing the district cooling industry in global markets,” added Bin Shafar.
Empower’s systems outperform other conventional refrigeration solutions by 50%, and significantly reduce heavy loads from the power grid when cooling demand is high.
