Mustard Greens with Seared Lemons and Hazelnuts

1 medium lemon, thinly sliced into rounds
4 tablespoon(s) butter
2 large (1 pound each) bunches mustard greens, ribs removed and leaves chopped into large     pieces
1 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) fresh ground black pepper
60 ml(s) hazelnuts, chopped


1. Heat a small pan over high heat and sear lemon slices until slightly caramelized, about 10 to 20 seconds per side. Remove from the pan and set aside.
2. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat, and add the mustard greens along with 1/2 cup of water, salt, and pepper. Toss together and cook until the greens have wilted. Add the lemon slices and hazelnuts to the pan and toss to combine.

Tips & Techniques:
Time-saver: Instead of searing the lemon slices and tossing them with the greens, simply slice them into wedges and serve them on the side for a colorful and easy garnish.
