This change will boost your mind and take in new scenery to make old rides feel new again and to bring back life to trails you stopped taking because of the same scenic view.

In the autumn you will notice that scenery looks different against a backdrop of different colors.

2.  Less Congestion

Riding in the autumn could also be a way of less interaction among people on the trails you like.

 Because of the cooling weather, people tend to stay inside or come out midday, thus leaving the trails for you to enjoy and relax on without having to share your trails with lots of hikers or other bikers.

3.Weather Change

Enjoying the crisp cooling air as you ride, rather than the beating hot summer sun. With the weather cooling off, you’re able to ride longer. You are able to go further and longer than in the summer. 

With the beautiful weather in autumn, you are also able to enjoy new wildlife on your trails and bike rides, such as rabbits, deer, skunks, ducks, and much more!

4. Beneficial to Health

There are benefits of cycling besides staying fit and in shape. Research shows that exercise for 30 minutes a day can reduce SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) and produce happiness from within.

Your heart and other organs appreciate the exercise and extend their life by performing cardio exercise from cycling. 

5. Traveling

Cycling in other countries in autumn is a prime time to miss the crowds and tourists. During the summer months, tourists tend to trail ride, congest the cities, take up paths, and tour the city.

 In the autumn months, the majority of tourists leave and that leaves you with the perfect travel plans. Empty trails, relaxed cities, opened paths are all yours for the riding!
