Arabian Ranches Golf Club engages in Earth Hour – an environmental initiative as an opportunity to engage with guests, employees and business partners to encourage energy savings by organizing several engaging activities.
With its ongoing commitment to sustainability and promoting green consciousness, Arabian Ranches Golf Club, one of leisure properties of Emaar Hospitality Group, will join more than one billion people across 172 countries to support for Earth Hour on Saturday, 30 March 2019 to reduce greenhouse effects from electricity generation on the environment.
Arabian Ranches Golf Club will be switching off non-essential lights and going beyond the hour by inviting its members and guests to get involved in the Earth Hour movement. The hotel will be encouraging golfers to not use golf carts and walk the course on the day. Ranches Restaurant will offer a 25% discount for guests who order from the special vegetarian menu on the day. The restaurant will also be offering 20% discount on the total bill to guests who bring in five empty beverage cans per guest, which the club will add to its recycling depository.
