As Sprudel – the multi-award-winning, Dubai-based water filtration and plastic-free alternatives company – approaches its 10th anniversary, it celebrates a decade of commitment to sustainability and innovation in the drinking water filtration industry.
One of the many success stories marking this milestone is its two-year partnership with Zabeel House, an award-winning lifestyle boutique hotel in The Greens.
Driven by its sustainable luxury ethos, the hotel started working on in-house water filtration plans in 2022. Sprudel then approached them with a filtration system trial.
This went successfully, with Sprudel cutting through the competition with its dedication to creating bespoke solutions, tailored to specific guest needs.

Seamless integration with Sprudel
The integration of Sprudel’s plastic-free water solutions into Zabeel House was a seamless process, owing to the company’s meticulously designed water production facility and proactive engagement throughout the implementation phase.

We’re proud to have led this project, facilitating and branding filtered bottled water that now caters to 210 rooms and countless guests at Zabeel House.”
Despite the significance of this change, Zabeel House faced minimal challenges, with Sprudel’s team offering continuous support and expertise every step of the way.
“The implementation of the filtered water solution into our restaurants and meeting space was straightforward. We have received extremely positive feedback from our guests and customers as a result of this sustainable shift”, Anna adds.

Leading in the hospitality space, Sprudel’s decade-long commitment to sustainability and excellence in water filtration has not only transformed the operations of businesses like Zabeel House, but has also significantly contributed to reducing single-use plastic waste while promoting environmental responsibility.
Sprudel’s hotel filtration systems are manufactured in the UAE, resulting in a lower carbon footprint than internationally-shipped systems. The company’s high standards are adhered to, with Sprudel’s engineers overseeing all local manufacturing.
A decade of driving plastic reduction
As Sprudel reflects on its journey over the past ten years, it remains dedicated to pioneering innovative solutions that prioritise sustainability and deliver lasting value to its partners and the planet. Since its inception in 2014, Sprudel’s water dispensers have helped 120+ businesses eliminate 35 million plastic bottles a year.
Sprudel’s goal is to raise this figure to 60 million by 2027.
