Unique Properties, one of Dubai’s leading and award-winning real estate brokerages, is proud to announce its initiatives in support of International Charity Day. Unique Properties teamed up with Thrift for Good, an organisation dedicated to rehoming preloved items to reduce waste and give back to the local community to help those in need.
To celebrate International Charity Day, company employees brought their new or slightly used clothes, shoes, and other items to gift forward to Thrift for Good. Every item received by the non-profit organisation is resold, rehomed, or recycled. Moreover, 100% of the proceeds are given to International Children’s Charities in partnership with Gulf for Good, a charitable organisation that raises funds for children in need around the world.
In addition, Unique Properties acknowledges the importance of giving back and thanking employees for their continuous efforts. To this end, as International Happiness at work Week is globally recognised from 19th-25th September, the company organised various group activities throughout the week to recognise staff efforts. Gratitude Day was expressed by sharing gifts with employees to not only thank them for their actions but also to incorporate happiness into the workplace and create a positive atmosphere for employees.
